This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for services provided by GetMyReview ("we", "our", "us"). Please read this Policy carefully before making any purchases.

1. General Policy

GetMyReview operates on a credit-based system where you purchase credits to send rating requests. Credits are consumed when rating requests are successfully sent via WhatsApp.

Important: Credits are non-refundable once they have been used to send rating requests. Unused credits in your account balance remain available for future use and do not expire.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Unused Credits

If you have unused credits in your account and wish to request a refund, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Refund request is made within 7 days of the credit purchase
  • Credits have not been used to send any rating requests
  • Account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

2.2 Used Credits

Credits that have been used to send rating requests are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Credits used for successfully sent WhatsApp messages
  • Credits deducted for rating requests, regardless of delivery status
  • Credits consumed as part of our service

2.3 Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact us at lithincmathew@gmail.com. We will investigate and may provide credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits:

  1. Contact our support team at lithincmathew@gmail.com
  2. Provide your account email and transaction details
  3. Specify the amount of unused credits you wish to refund
  4. Wait for our team to review your request (typically within 2-3 business days)

3.2 Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

4. Account Cancellation

4.1 Cancelling Your Account

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at lithincmathew@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • You will lose access to all services and data
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund as per Section 2.1
  • All data associated with your account may be deleted after 30 days

4.2 Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:

  • No refunds will be provided for used credits
  • Unused credits may be forfeited
  • You will be notified of the termination and reason

5. Payment Gateway Fees

Please note that payment processing fees charged by payment gateways (such as Razorpay) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refunded amount will be the net amount after deducting any applicable payment gateway fees.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Investigate the dispute and provide evidence to the payment provider
  • Pursue legal action if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Policy.
