  • Misuse WhatsApp Cloud API or violate Meta's Business Terms
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

  • Share access credentials with unauthorized parties

Failure to follow these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • All activities under your account
  • Ensuring your business has the necessary permissions to contact customers

3. WhatsApp and Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with WhatsApp Cloud API.

By using these features, you agree to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms and Policies
  • Obtain valid customer consent before sending messages
  • Not use the API for spam, bulk messaging, or prohibited content
  • Follow all rate limits and content requirements set by Meta

We are not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party providers.

4. Messaging Guidelines

Businesses using the platform must follow strict messaging standards:

  • You must send messages only to customers who have opted-in
  • You must not send unsolicited promotional messages
  • You must use templates where required

Violations may lead to WABA restrictions or bans.

If your WhatsApp Business Account is restricted due to misuse, we are not liable.

5. Payment and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based recharge system:

  • You can recharge your account with any amount between ₹10 and ₹1000
  • Each rating request costs 1 credit (₹1)
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Failure to maintain sufficient balance may limit service access
  • Prices may change, and you will be notified in advance
  • Taxes may apply as per local laws

6. Data Privacy and Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. By using our service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described there.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and features of GetMyReview are our exclusive property.

  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp bans, META enforcement, or disruptions in third-party services
  • We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted operation

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
